A long description of Louisiana and New Orleans and the TORNADO that nearly got us will follow, but to begin, here is a look at the relevant geography and miles that we covered on our mini-trip. It was awesome and I would like to thank H for her stella car-handling in beyond torrential weather and Sharkie, our fabulous Hyundai rental car for getting us there and back safely.
